# G-PWR permanent-topology qualification result

Status: pass
Type: evidence
Updated: 2026-07-25
Next Action: use this gate for explicitly authorized post-freeze physical interruption cases
Campaign Reason: Historical record from campaign 013-close-hpt-media-2-initial-release-qualification; retained independently after campaign closure and requires no separate owner-queue execution.
Campaign: standalone
Parent: work/runbooks/runbook-autonomous-hpt-sd-qualification.md

## Disposition

`G-PWR: Automated power-down method qualified` passed on Controller A assembly
`1751136`, J-Link `69664082`, using the permanently connected USB data/ground
and target-ribbon topology and the canonical HPT Lab Power Control coordinated
Group A API cycle.

The tested Debug S-record SHA-256 was
`1D047B144B6DFA88447212ED2670C3F7B636D24D29B5A20B100453A4806B2978`.
The source checkout reported commit
`4896fe86170b6e2128c80843d18e1f8a2ba38b9f`.

## Formal consecutive reset witnesses

| Witness | Durable operation ID | J-Link off | Controller off interval end | J-Link/controller verified | RAM/HPT result | CID evidence |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | `f6fbfa62-2324-4153-9813-495f6bd468b8` | 11:45:15Z | 11:45:55Z | 11:46:12Z | pass | `formal-witness-1/post-reboot/sd-card-identity.json` |
| 2 | `4d17c1e4-dffd-4904-a081-faa7baf15cfd` | 11:48:00Z | 11:48:40Z | 11:48:56Z | pass | `formal-witness-2/post-reboot/sd-card-identity.json` |
| 3 | `ab69b427-7357-4521-88f7-db3247ac22ee` | 11:50:04Z | 11:50:44Z | 11:51:01Z | pass | `formal-witness-3/post-reboot/sd-card-identity.json` |

Every API operation and every returned stage reported `success`. Each target
verification proved the RAM command/status markers cleared through startup,
SD state returned to `RAW_HPT` (`6`), HPT media state returned ready (`5`),
and HPT status was zero. The API also verified the exact J-Link serial,
host-to-J-Link communication, and bounded SWD connection to `R7FS7G27H`.

## CID identity

The baseline and every formal post-reboot capture identify the same card:

- Protocol card status: `6` (`RAW_HPT`)
- CID-valid status: `1`
- Representative-sector-read status: `0`
- Manufacturer: SanDisk/WD
- MID: `0x03`
- OEM/application ID: `SD`
- Product name: `SS08G`
- Product revision: `8.0`
- Serial number: `2540634244`
- Manufacturing date: `2024-05`
- Raw 128-bit CID: `035344535330384780976F0084018559`

The machine-readable baseline and final captures are
`data-durable-correlation/sd-card-identity.json` and
`data-durable-correlation/post-reboot/sd-card-identity.json`. CID is identity
evidence, not authenticity proof.

## Data-durable correlation

Durable operation `2dbf95f6-4c74-488f-9aab-ce6fc466aa4f` repeated the
data-durable-before-commit interruption using the qualified automated topology.
All relay, timing, J-Link, and controller-connectivity stages passed.

Post-cut verification proved:

- the volatile diagnostic command/state cleared through a true MCU reboot;
- the normal raw-HPT device context was restored;
- media generation remained `4`;
- HPT reopened with status zero and all three lanes available;
- the interrupted payload was not returned as a false committed record;
- the prior acknowledged record remained readable; and
- a new three-lane record appended and read back successfully.

The recovery harness reported `POWER-CUT RECOVERY PASSED`. Pre/post raw CID
matched exactly.

## Gate

G-PWR-A is open for explicitly authorized Controller A physical cases that otherwise satisfy
their candidate-freeze, controller/card identity, safety, recovery, and
case-specific checklist gates. This result does not itself qualify any
additional interruption boundary, G-PWR-B, Controller B, endurance campaign,
or retail card sample.
