# SD qualifier card operator-guidance visual closeout

Status: complete
Type: evidence
Updated: 2026-08-11
Next Action: none
Ticket: work/tickets/ticket-show-operator-action-requirements-on-card-qa-traveler.md

## Result

The authenticated production dashboard and fixed `F1-A1` / `F1-B1` card
travelers pass the required desktop and mobile visual review. The review found
one real mobile defect: the unbroken
`BOUNDED_STOP_PASS_CASE_TRIGGER_NOT_MET` campaign token exceeded the card
width on `F1-B1`. The exact deployed successor wraps long action tokens while
preserving the existing traveler content and operator-action decisions.

## Exact deployed web candidate

- source worktree: `/home/jong/dev/sd_qualification-watchdog-startup-grace`;
- source commit: `cd07de9467b771af6b212bd5ae2de4374e80c3cb`;
- image: `srv-rpi00-sd-qualifier:qualification-guidance-wrap-cd07de9`;
- image ID: `sha256:e43425dd7cab099766559048c69d3434ca2e1522c3034af55eb604242623ff57`;
- OCI revision/version: `cd07de9467b771af6b212bd5ae2de4374e80c3cb` /
  `qualification-guidance-wrap-cd07de9`;
- web start: `2026-08-11T19:34:03.384584215Z`;
- final web state: `running`, Docker health `healthy`.

The correction adds `min-width: 0` and `overflow-wrap: anywhere` to traveler
next-action children plus a focused responsive-CSS regression test.

## Test and visual evidence

- Focused exact-image tests: `42/42` passed.
- Full exact-image suite: `329/329` passed with the required temporary
  evidence root.
- Authenticated Playwright review covered the dashboard, `F1-A1`, and `F1-B1`
  at `1440 x 1000` and `390 x 844`.
- Every reviewed page had equal client and scroll widths: `1425/1425` on
  desktop and `375/375` on mobile. No horizontal overflow remained.
- Both card pages rendered the separate `Next operator action` and
  `Campaign/system next action` sections, all eight traveler rows, and the
  expected `AUTOMATED`, `OPERATOR REVIEW`, and `PHYSICAL ACTION` badges.
- `F1-A1` reported no current operator action. `F1-B1` retained the required
  before-start card/power confirmation without claiming qualification ran.
- The recovery row states that the RPi performs the whole-controller power
  cycle, requires no operator action, and keeps the SD card installed. No
  reviewed action instructed powered media removal.
- The only browser console error was the pre-existing missing `/favicon.ico`
  (`404`); no application console error was present.

## Continuity and cleanup

Only the web service was replaced. The worker identities and start times were
unchanged:

| Service | Container ID | Started UTC |
| --- | --- | --- |
| command worker | `0d1a7d42b32374c9b6fb95f2cd46bce6aab7ea634dba7d458ea155bcf9e4759b` | `2026-08-11T14:13:18.288596021Z` |
| notification worker | `e9422966382e532c13633a3de94413ee77ed5af7a98c4a21df9b5fd2ce85422c` | `2026-08-11T14:13:18.509397007Z` |
| qualification watchdog | `9c8d7c43aaa186633feb25d1d8f42a9e817b243a4797c4987ccb794d6a1de268` | `2026-08-11T14:13:18.354896842Z` |

The temporary authenticated browser user was deleted and verified absent.
The Playwright page was closed. The active remote Compose override remains as
deployment configuration; the temporary local transfer copy was removed.

## Disposition

The remaining visual/deployment/continuity acceptance criterion is satisfied.
The corrected web deployment is the current production rendering, and no
controller execution or physical media action occurred.
