The CSV tail contains:

`Export completion: COMPLETE; records published: 3283`

The unmounted full read-only FAT check passed with 5 files and
37/1,893,477 allocated clusters. It reported no FAT mismatch, orphan,
allocation, directory, or dirty-bit defect. A-2 remained safely unmounted on
the Pi after inspection.

## Conclusion

Controller A passes WAV reading, PID publication, and HPT CSV publication on
the exact firmware image previously used on Controller B. A-2 also passes
after a clean FAT32 format. This rules out a deterministic Controller A
hardware defect and a deterministic B-profile transport defect.

The original false-success event is best bounded to A-2's prior
filesystem/device-session state. Reformatting removed that state, so the exact
internal USB-stick transient cannot now be distinguished further. No hardware
rework is indicated by the repeatable clean-format evidence.
