# Host filesystem check for run 67569

Status: evaluator contents PASS; FAT allocation finding unresolved
Type: evidence
Updated: 2026-07-16
Next Action: preserve the card without repair and disposition the 4 KiB lost chain
Campaign Reason: Historical record from campaign 009-complete-clean-contract-bound-a-b-qualification; retained independently after campaign closure and requires no separate owner-queue execution.
Campaign: standalone

## Mounted-volume identity

- Drive: `I:`
- Windows filesystem: FAT32
- Volume size: 1,919,111,168 bytes
- Free space before host analysis: 1,912,942,592 bytes
- Physical disk: disk 3, `NORELSYS 1081CS1`, USB serial
  `0123456789ABCDE`
- Physical/partition extent reported by Windows: 7,948,206,080 bytes
- Volume dirty bit after inspection: not set

## Evaluator namespace result

`script/analyze-sd-evaluator-card.ps1` completed with status PASS:

- 744 mirror-A files and 744 mirror-B files;
- 44,640 structurally valid logical records;
- 2,856,960 mirror bytes compared exactly;
- valid corrected `EV67569.RESULT` JSON;
- 1,490 namespace files hashed;
- zero analyzer errors.

The preserved `EV67569.RESULT` SHA-256 is
`FB2236CC668B6C16F5FE6D8F102F83773103B141560414DAC78B5EEEC68F6AF0`.
The complete per-file hash list is in `host-file-hashes-20260716.csv`.

## Non-repairing Windows filesystem check

`chkdsk I:` was run without `/F`. Windows could not obtain exclusive access and
warned that an in-use volume might report corruption that is not present. The
scan nevertheless completed and reported:

```text
File and folder verification is complete.
Windows found errors on the disk, but will not fix them
because disk checking was run without the /F (fix) parameter.
4096 bytes in 1 recoverable files.
Windows has checked the file system and found problems.
Run CHKDSK with the /F (fix) option to correct these.
```

No repair was authorized or performed. PowerShell's scan-only `Repair-Volume`
cannot provide a second opinion because that mode does not support this FAT
filesystem. Although the volume dirty bit is clear and every evaluator record
and mirror passes, the lost allocation chain remains an unresolved filesystem
qualification finding. Preserve the card unchanged until disposition.
