## Objective

Complete Work2 ownership for the reusable J-Link setpoint changer and the independent detached
soak-step runner. Thermal qualification and temperature-data analysis are excluded from this
campaign and create no follow-up obligation.

## Completed Work

- Implemented the versioned, checksummed firmware mailbox and shared canonical setpoint path.
- Implemented the reusable `setpoint_changer` and separate detached `soak_step` utilities.
- Passed all eight focused host-side tests and the canonical managed Debug rebuild/package gate.
- Programmed and verified non-production Controller A through J-Link.
- Captured post-reboot and final CID identity evidence with representative-sector reads.
- Proved a direct 15 C setpoint change and the detached `15 -> wait 0 hours -> 37 C` commissioning sequence.
- Left the controller at a 37 C setpoint without requiring touchscreen, USB, or SD-card handling.
- Registered candidate `3b8ab5b44d709a9b65564567963408af3efeed31` in release cohort
  `cb9cfbca-29f9-4558-8165-0d5046b2f2bc` with satisfied and reconciled owner
  `a3df25dd-1068-4c4b-b0db-a1089900d2f1`.

## Completion Disposition

The owner canceled thermal qualification and temperature, heater-output, heat-up, and overshoot
analysis for IDEA-0004. They are not deferred work or release gates. The shared release cohort is
repository batching state and does not reopen this completed campaign.
